I waited 4 hours for a wheel alignment to be carried out, only for the... read more service manager to tell me they could not bring my car into spec and have the steering wheel centered. He seen a new subframe and started to go into solution mode suggesting wild things like dropping the subframe, disconnecting the steering rack and moving it 6 splines clockwise? The steering rack wasnt even disconnected when changing the subframe! I took the car directly to CLCM wheel alignment specialists in Edinburgh and within 5 minutes of it being on their ramp I watched them bring the car into perfect alignment with the steering wheel centered. They were laughing about the story the service manager told me. They even gave him the benefit of doubt suggesting that his alignment equipment might be out of calibration. This to me made sense as the chap before me at hunters was also told they could not bring his car into spec. I called the service manager to update him but his response was their equipment was calibrated only last week. So the only conclusion I can draw from this experience is sheer incompetence. Do not go here for wheel alignment!

					Top class from the moment I picked up the phone to make a booking, the general manger took my call and managed to squeeze a booking in the same afternoon,... read more I had a wedding to attend in two days and having the car to get down to Lake District was essential. To say the team had understanding is an understatement, when I arrived the manager had fully communicated to Barrie and he was extremely accommodating and engaging. The car was looked at whilst I waited and the report came back to me in just under an hour. I was really surprised at the cost to repair the car as I have always used main dealer. The car was fixed that afternoon and they even arranged for a lift back and from Falkirk to collect car.

Despite my previous remark I certainly will be back and will be hard to recommend anyone else

Got my car booked for new brake pads. When they were changing the pads they noticed the disks were pitted, and without calling to confirm or even let me know, they installed new break disks and a cost of an extra £200.

Customer service was lovely and explained as best as he could.

I think it’s pretty poor from a well reputable company.

I don’t think I we’ll be back and would be hard to recommend to anyone else

I’ve also now booked my Fiat in with Hunter’s Body Shop in Falkirk for the damaged front bumper.
